7th arpeggios as a part of your jazz vocabulary – exercises and how
to use!
Check the video here: https://youtu.be/_WIh2s52ao0

In this video I will walk you through one of the most essential topics you need to go through for learning jazz – the arpeggios.

Use the arpeggios to sound more like jazz!
The arpeggios are an important tool to be able to use to play the “jazz sound”.
All jazz players use the arpeggios of the chords. The arpeggios is such a big part of the jazz language – you should be using this in your solos!
Are you using the arpeggios in your playing when you are improvising?
The arpeggios are a very big part of the jazz vocabulary. In almost all
jazz phrases is a triad, four or five note arpeggio present. To get the
sound of jazz you should also incorporate this into your playing.

In this video I will take you through some great ways how to practice and how to use some of the many arpeggios present in jazz.
The practice material and the examples I give will all be on the great
original of Kenny Dorham – “Blue Bossa”
